May 19, 2014 CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT TO : All Publicly-Listed Companies SUBJECT : Amendment to the Revised Code of Corporate Governance NOTICE SEC Memorandum Circular No. 9, Series of 2014 mandates the amendment of Manuals of Corporate Governance to include therein provisions on stakeholders. Accordingly, all publicly-listed companies are hereby directed to submit their amended manuals to the Corporate Governance and Finance Department not later than July 31, 2014.
