September 1, 2015 SEC CGFD MEMORANDUM TO : All Foundations and Other Interested Parties SUBJECT : Public Seminar on Foundation The Department will be conducting a public seminar on updates and relevant SEC regulations for Foundations as follows: 1. Registration Requirements; 2. Reportorial and Compliance Requirements; 3. Financial Reports/Rule 68 of the SRC and its IRR; and 4. Violations and Penalties for Non-Compliance. In line with this, the Department is cordially inviting you to attend the public seminar scheduled on 11 September 2015 from 1:00PM to 5:00PM to be held at the 12th Floor of the SEC Bldg., EDSA, Greenhills, Mandaluyong City . The Commission can accommodate up to 60 participants on a first come first serve basis with a fee of P1,000.00 per participant which covers cost of handouts, certificate of attendance and snacks.
