CGFD Officers of the Day (ODs) at SEC Ortigas Office

November 7, 2016 SEC-CGFD MEMORANDUM FOR : Chairperson Teresita J. Herbosa SUBJECT : CGFD Officers of the Day (ODs) at SEC Ortigas Office In view of the transfer of the Company Registration and Monitoring Department (CRMD) and the installation of a cashier's office at the SEC-PICC Office, it is respectfully recommended that the Special Office Order No. 521, Series of 2016, (S.O. No 521, Series of 2016) which authorized some CGFD personnel to report to SEC Ortigas Office as OD, be withdrawn and cancelled and the said CGFD personnel immediately regularly report to SEC-PICC. In the eventual cancellation of S.O. No. 521, Series of 2016, we also request the assistance of HRAD in: 1) removing the notices regarding the CGFD ODs at the SEC Ortigas Office; 2) returning the two (2) computers with printer and scanner to the CGFD, SEC PICC; and 3) posting the attached Notice informing the public where they should transact their business relating to CGFD matters. cSEDTC For your approval.
