December 7, 2011 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 357-11 IN THE MATTER OF MARDISON FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR: REVOCATION OF THE CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY (CA) TO OPERATE AS A FINANCING COMPANY ORDER Records of the corporation on file with this Commission show the following: 1. Non-commencement of its operations; 2. Non-payment of its 2002-2011 annual fees; 3. Non-filing of financial reports from 2002-2011; and 4. Non-payment of the maximum penalty of PhP100,000.00 assessed on 16 August 2006. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on 02 December 2011, the company's Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Financing Company is hereby REVOKED. Let a copy of this Order be sent to the principal office address of MARDISON FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION and posted in the Quezon City Hall and the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public.
