October 10, 2011 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 295-11 IN THE MATTER OF PHILAND PROPERTY CORPORATION ORDER OF REVOCATION The records on file with this Commission show the company's continued failure to file a complete and updated Amended Registration Statement/Prospectus reflecting its updated work program and project timetable, in violation of the directives set forth in the Suspension Order dated May 30, 2011. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on October 6, 2011, the Company's Registration of and Permit to Sell Securities are hereby REVOKED. Accordingly, the Company is prohibited from selling/offering for sale its securities to the public. This revocation order shall not exempt the Company from complying with its reportorial obligations under the Securities Regulation Code, the Corporation Code or other pertinent laws. Let a copy of this Order be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines or posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public.
