September 30, 2011 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 285-11 IN THE MATTER OF TARLAC A+ CREDIT CORPORATION FOR: REVOCATION OF THE CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY (CA) TO OPERATE AS A FINANCING COMPANY ORDER Records on file with this Commission show the following: 1. Non-payment of the Annual Fees for 2010 and 2011; 2. Non-filing of the following reports: a. 2007, 2009 and 2010 Special Form of Financial Statements (FCFS); b. 2009 (1st and 2nd Semesters), 2010 (1st and 2nd Semesters) and 2011 (1st Semester) Interim Financial Statements; c. 2009 and 2010 General Information Sheets; d. 2009 and 2010 Audited Financial Statements; 3. Only 22.42% of its funds is used or invested in financing company activities; and aADSIc 4. Its 2008 Audited Financial Statements were audited by an external auditor not accredited by the Commission. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on 22 September 2011, the company's Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Financing Company is hereby REVOKED. Let a copy of this Order be sent to the principal office address of TARLAC A+ CREDIT CORPORATION and posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public.
