September 19, 2011 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 264-11 IN THE MATTER OF A.M. CREDITWORLD FINANCE CORP. FOR: REVOCATION OF THE CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY (CA) TO OPERATE AS A FINANCING COMPANY ORDER Records on file with this Commission show that the company failed to pay/submit the following in violation of the Financing Company Act, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and SEC Memorandum Circular/s: 1. Annual Fees for 2006 up to present; 2. Quarterly Reports for 2006 up to 2007 (1st to 4th quarters); 3. Interim Financial Statements for 2008 up to the present (1st and 2nd semesters); HIaAED 4. General Information Sheets for 2005 to the present; 5. Audited Financial Statements for 2005 up to the date; and 6. Special Form of Financial Statements for Financing Companies (FCFS) for 2006 to date. In its Order dated 09 February 2011, the Commission SUSPENDED the company's Certificate of Authority (CA) to Operate as a Financing Company for a period of sixty (60) days from receipt of the said Order, or until the corporation has complied with the said reportorial requirements and paid the fees and penalty. The records on file with the Commission show that the company, as well as its directors/officers, received the Order of Suspension on 21, 22 and 25 of February and March 2011, and therefore had until 25 May 2011 within which to comply with it. Notices for revocation proceedings on the company's principal office and directors/officers were sent and received on 06 and 07 July 2011. 1 However, no respondents appeared at the scheduled hearing for revocation until the issuance of this Order. HEacDA Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on 08 September 2011, the company's Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Financing Company is hereby REVOKED. Let a copy of this Order be sent to the principal address of the company, the Municipal Hall of Sto.
