September 9, 2013 SEC-CFD * ORDER NO. 196-13 IN THE MATTER OF EVER GOTESCO RESOURCES AND HOLDINGS, INC. ORDER Records of the Commission show that on May 24, 2013, the Commission issued SEC Resolution No. 289, series of 2013, Ordering the Suspension of Ever Gotesco Resources and Holdings, Inc.'s Registration of Securities and Permit to Sell Securities for its 4th violation of SRC Rule 20 (11) (a) (i) for sixty (60) days. The Commission in its meeting on September 6, 2013 resolved to lift the Order of Suspension. Accordingly, SEC Resolution No. 289, series of 2013 is hereby LIFTED. So ordered.
