October 17, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 168-07 IN THE MATTER OF METRO ALLIANCE HOLDINGS & EQUITIES CORPORATION VIOLATION OF SRC RULE 17.1 (1) (A) (i) AND (ii) OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION C OD E O R D E R METRO ALLIANCE HOLDINGS & EQUITIES CORPORATION, having violated SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (i) and (ii) by its failure to timely submit its 2006 Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) and 2007 1st Quarter Report (SEC Form 17-Q), respectively, was penalized in the amount of THREE HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (P315,200.00) which it paid under Official Receipt No. 0107671 on October 17, 2007. SDEHIa By this Order, the company is warned that, henceforth, it must endeavor to adopt such measures as will ensure faithful compliance with the requirements of the Securities Regulation Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, otherwise, the Commission shall be constrained to impose heavier penalties on the company and/or its responsible officer(s) for a repetition of the said violation.
