October 22, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 166-07 IN THE MATTER OF LYCEUM OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. VIOLATION OF RULE 17 OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION CODE ORDER Lyceum of the Philippines, Inc., having violated SRC Rule 17 due to its failure to timely file its Quarterly Report (SEC Form 17-Q) for the period ended August 31, 2006 was penalized and required to pay a fine of FIFTY ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P51,500.00) PESOS. Said penalty was paid under Official Receipt Number 100671 on October 3, 2007. By this ORDER, the corporation is hereby warned that, henceforth, it shall endeavor to take such measures that will ensure faithful compliance with the requirements of the aforementioned Rule. A repetition of the same violation shall constrain the Commission to impose heavier penalties upon the corporation and/or its responsible officers. SO ORDERED.
