October 15, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 162-07 IN THE MATTER OF JOLLIBEE FOODS CORPORATION VIOLATION OF SRC RULE 17.1 (1) (A) (III) OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION CODE ORDER JOLLIBEE FOODS CORPORATION having violated SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (iii) by its failure to timely submit its Current Report (SEC Form 17-C) disclosing the resignation of its Corporate Secretary was penalized in the amount of SIXTY EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (P68,200.00) which it paid under Official Receipt No. 0105668 on October 15, 2007. By this Order, the company is warned that, henceforth, it shall endeavor to adopt such measures as will ensure faithful compliance with the requirements of the Securities Regulation Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, otherwise, the Commission shall be constrained to impose heavier penalties on the company and/or its responsible officer(s).
