September 24, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 154-07 IN MATTER OF ANCHOR SAVINGS BANK VIOLATION OF RULE 17 OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION CODE ORDER Anchor Savings Bank, having violated SRC Rule 17 due to its failure to timely file its 2006 Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) was penalized and required to pay a fine of ONE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND (P108,000.00) PESOS. Said penalty was paid under Official Receipt Number 96297 on September 13, 2007. By this ORDER, the corporation is hereby warned that, henceforth, it shall endeavor to take such measures that will ensure faithful compliance with the requirements of the aforementioned Rule. A repetition of the same violation shall constrain the Commission to impose heavier penalties upon the corporation and/or its responsible officers. SO ORDERED.
