REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES O R D E R Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto which were filed on behalf of BDO LEASING AND FINANCE, INC., for the registration of its Four Billion Pesos (Php4,000,000,000.00) worth of Short-Term Commercial Papers , the Commission resolved, in its meeting of December 11, 2008, to render the same effective in accordance with Section 12 of the Securities Regulation Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
