REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES ORDER Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto which were filed on behalf of EL MASFINO COUNTRY CLUB, INC. the Commission in its meeting of December 13, 2012 resolved to render effective the same covering the registration of Three Thousand (3,000) Common Shares each representing one (1) proprietary membership certificate at an offer price of P75,000.00 per share. Let a Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale be issued in favor of EL MASFINO COUNTRY CLUB, INC. authorizing the sale of the aforementioned securities. IT IS RESOLVED.
