September 4, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 149-07 IN THE MATTER OF EAST ASIA POWER RESOURCES CORPORATION VIOLATION OF SRC RULE 17.1 (1) (A) (i) ORDER East Asia Power Resources Corporation having violated SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (i) for late filing of its 2006 Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A), was penalized for such violation and required to pay a total of One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P142,500.00). The company paid the aforementioned penalty on August 24, 2007 under Official Receipt Number 0088551. By this Order, the company is warned that, henceforth, it must endeavor to take such measures as will ensure faithful compliance with the requirements of the said Rule, otherwise, the Commission shall impose more drastic sanctions against the company as warranted under Section 54 of the Securities Regulation Code.
