May 19, 2010 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 147-10 IN THE MATTER OF INTERPORT RESOURCES CORPORATION , registration . REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES ORDER Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto which were filed for and on behalf of INTERPORT RESOURCES CORPORATION, the Commission resolved in its meeting of July 30, 2009 to render effective the same for the registration of the following: a) Three Hundred Ninety-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Six (399,999,986) Common Shares; b) One Hundred Ninety-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Two (199,999,992) Bonus Warrants; and c) One Hundred Ninety-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Two (199,999,992) Underlying Shares in accordance with Section 12 of the Securities Regulation Code and SRC Rule 12. Let a Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale be issued in favor of the subject company authorizing the sale and distribution of the aforementioned securities. SO ORDERED.
