September 7, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 147-07 IN THE MATTER OF eTELECARE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS, INC. ORDER eTelecare Global Solutions, Inc., in its failure to timely file its 2006 General Information Sheet (GIS) was penalized and required to pay a fine of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P5,000.00). Said penalty was paid under Official Receipt Number 0088541 on August 24, 2007. By this ORDER, the corporation is hereby warned that, henceforth, it shall endeavor to take such measures that will ensure faithful compliance with the requirement to file its GIS within the prescribed period.
