December 3, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 146-08 IN RE: VILLA ANNA PARADISE RESORT & FARM, INC. O R D E R Before this Commission is the continuing failure of VILLA ANNA PARADISE RESORT & FARM, INC. to submit the Transfer Certificate of Title of the land on which the resort/farm is located containing the annotation of the Lease Contract between the company and the landowners (Felicidad T. Dizon and Hero T. Dizon), within sixty (60) days from receipt of the Suspension Order dated December 17, 2007. Upon the company's request, the Commission, in its meeting on November 19, 2008, resolved to grant Villa Anna a final non-negotiable extension of time of until November 28, 2008 to submit the title with the required annotation of lease. To date, the company has not yet complied with the directive of the Commission. WHEREFORE, in view of the continuing failure of VILLA ANNA PARADISE RESORT & FARM, INC. to submit the Transfer Certificate of Title of the land containing the required annotation of the Lease Contract, despite the long period of extension of time granted in its favor, the company's Registration of Securities and Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities to the Public are hereby REVOKED.
