VIOLATION OF SRC RULES 17.1 (1) (A) (i), 17.1 (1) (A) (ii) AND 17.1 (1) (A) (iii) ORDER OF REVOCATION The records on file with this Commission show that the company has committed the following violations: SICaDA Nature of Offense Frequency of Penalty and Rule Violated Violation Late Filing of Current Report 2nd Offense P40,000.00 (SEC Form 17-C) relative to the postponement of the Annual Stockholders' Meeting in violation of SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (a) (iii) Non-Filing of 2008 Annual 5th Offense Revocation Report (SEC Form 17-A) in violation of SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (a) (i) Non-Filing of 2009 1st Quarter 8th Offense Revocation Report (SEC Form 17-Q) in violation of SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (a) (ii) Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on October 1, 2009, the company's registration of Securities and Permit to Sell Securities are hereby REVOKED due to its failure to pay the P40,000.00 penalty and to file its 2008 Annual Report and 2009 1st Quarter Report. Let a copy of this Order be sent to the Philippine Stock Exchange and posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public. SO ORDERED.
