Pursuant to the Resolution of the Commission in its meeting on April 22, 2010, the Company's Registration of Securities and Permit to Sell Securities are hereby SUSPENDED for a period of sixty (60) days to be reckoned from receipt of this Order or until it submits the required reports and settles the penalties in full, 1 whichever comes first.
