August 13, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 139-07 IN THE MATTER OF RLMU ENTERPRISES, INC. ORDER Verification of the records of RLMU ENTERPRISES, INC. by this Commission, disclosed that the company issued Two Million Three Hundred Seventy Five Thousand (P2,375,000.00) Pesos worth of shares from its unissued capital stock without prior registration and/or licensing or an exemption from this Commission, in violation of the Revised Securities Act (RSA). In view thereof, a penalty in the amount of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy Three Pesos and Seventy Five Centavos (P4,773.75) was imposed on the company. Said penalty was paid to the Commission on August 8, 2007 under Official Receipt Number 0085118. The company is warned that, henceforth, it shall endeavor to take measures that will ensure full compliance with the requirements of the SRC and its implementing rules and regulations, otherwise, the Commission shall be constrained to impose heavier penalties upon the company and/or its responsible officer.
