REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES ORDER OF REGISTRATION Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto which were filed on behalf of Globe Telecom, Inc. the Commission in its meeting of July 4, 2013 resolved to render effective the same for the registration of Seven (7) and Ten (10) Year Fixed Rate Bonds with an aggregate principal amount of up to Seven Billion Pesos (P7,000,000,000.00) to be listed in the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corporation (PDEx) in accordance with Sections 8 and 12 of the Securities Regulation Code. Let a Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale be issued in favor of the subject company authorizing the sale of the aforementioned securities. SO ORDERED.
