REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES ORDER Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto filed for and on behalf of CENTURY PEAK METALS HOLDINGS CORPORATION, the Commission, in its meeting of August 28, 2008, resolved to render effective the Registration Statement of said company for the registration of its 2,820,330,450 issued and outstanding common shares with a par value of One Peso (P1.00). Let a Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale be issued in favor of CENTURY PEAK METALS HOLDINGS CORPORATION, authorizing the sale of the above-mentioned securities. SO ORDERED.
