August 8, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 135-07 IN THE MATTER OF THE MARSTEEL CONSOLIDATED, INC. VIOLATION OF RULE 17.1 (1) (A) (iii) OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION C OD E ORDER MARSTEEL CONSOLIDATED, INC., having violated Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (iii) of the Securities Regulation Code for the late filing of its Current Report (SEC Form 17-C) relative to the resignation of Dr. Bienvenido P. Alano, Jr. and election to office of Atty. Isidro F. Molina, was penalized and required to pay a total penalty of Thirty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (P37,200.00). The same was paid to this Commission on August 8, 2007 under Official Receipt No. 004595. The company is warned that, henceforth, it shall endeavor to take such measures as will ensure full compliance with the requirements of the said Rule, otherwise, the Commission shall be constrained to impose heavier penalties in accordance with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2005 (Consolidated Scale of Fines).
