August 7, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 132-07 IN THE MATTER OF MAA PRIVILEGE DOLLAR FIXED INCOME FUND, INC. VIOLATION OF SRC RULE 68 ORDER MAA Privilege Dollar Fixed Income Fund, Inc. having violated SRC Rule 68 for late filing of its financial statements audited by a qualified independent public accountant for the year ending December 31, 2006, was penalized in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000) which it paid on August 6, 2007 under Official Receipt Number 0080706. By this Order, the company is warned that, henceforth, it shall endeavor to take such measures that will ensure faithful compliance with its reportorial obligations. Otherwise, the Commission shall impose a heavier penalty upon the corporation and/or its responsible officers as warranted under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2005 (Consolidated Scale of Fines).
