August 24, 2009 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 131-09 IN THE MATTER OF REAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC. ORDER OF REVOCATION The records on file with this Commission show the company's failure to present its books and records of accounts for examination in accordance with the Department's letters dated March 14, 2008 and October 13, 2008 and as directed in the Suspension Order dated May 19, 2009. On August 7, 2009, the Company filed a letter-request for additional sixty (60) days to submit the required books and records of accounts. For lack of merit and considering the ample time given to the Company, the Commission in its meeting on August 20, 2009, resolved to DENY the said request and REVOKE the Company's Registration of Securities and Permit to Sell Securities to the Public. Accordingly, the Company is prohibited from selling/offering for sale its securities to the public. This revocation order shall not exempt the company from complying with its reportorial obligation under the Securities Regulation Code or other pertinent laws. Let a copy of this Order be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines or posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public.
