August 24, 2009 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 130-09 IN THE MATTER OF CLUB PANOLY RESORTS, INC. ORDER OF SUSPENSION The records on file with this Commission show the following violations committed by the subject Company: Violation Frequency Late filing of 2007 Annual Report 5th Non-filing of 2008 1st Quarter Report 6th Non-filing of 2008 3rd Quarter Report 7th Non-filing of 2009 1st Quarter Report 8th Despite due notice and hearing, the company has failed to submit its 2008 1st and 3rd Quarter Reports and 2009 1st Quarter Report. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on August 20, 2009, the Company's Registration of Securities and Permit to Sell Securities are hereby SUSPENDED for a period of sixty (60) days to be reckoned from receipt of this Order or until it is able to submit the required reports. The Company is henceforth prohibited from offering or selling its securities to the public until this Order is lifted or set aside by the Commission. Failure of the Company to submit the required reports within the above-prescribed period shall be a ground for the Commission to immediately initiate proceedings for the revocation of its Registration of Securities.
