June 9, 2011 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 128-11 IN THE MATTER OF TIMBERLAND SPORTS AND NATURE CLUB, INC. ORDER On June 6, 2011, Timberland Sports and Nature Club, Inc. paid in full the assessed penalty of Fifty Six Thousand Pesos (Php56,000.00) for its violation of SRC Rule 17, as evidenced by Official Receipt No. 0577148. Thus, the Commission, in its meeting on June 9, 2011, resolved to lift the Order of Suspension of the Registration of and Permit to Sell Securities of the company.
