July 18, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 128-07 IN THE MATTER OF RIVIERA GOLF CLUB, INC. VIOLATION OF SECTION 54 OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION C OD E ORDER Riviera Golf Club, Inc. having violated Section 54 of the Securities Regulation Code for the late filing of its Sworn Certification on the attendance of its directors during board meetings in 2006, was penalized in the amount of Forty Five Thousand Pesos (P45,000.00) which it paid on July 18, 2007 under Official Receipt Number 0078271. By this Order, the company is warned that, henceforth, it shall endeavor to take such measures that will ensure faithful compliance with its reportorial obligations. Otherwise, the Commission shall impose a heavier penalty upon the corporation and/or its responsible officers as warranted under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2005 (Consolidated Scale of Fines).
