October 17, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 122-08 IN RE DIAMOND ASIA PROPERTIES AND BUILDERS CORPORATION ORDER OF REVOCATION The records on file with this Commission show that: 1. Pursuant to its Order dated March 6, 2008, the Commission SUSPENDED the company's Registration of Securities for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of said Order, or until the company is able to submit its Amended Registration Statement to reflect its new target completion date, incorporating therein all updated financial information and attaching all required exhibits. 2. The company received said Suspension Order on April 9, 2008, hence, it had until June 8, 2008 within which to comply therewith. 3. Despite the hearing for revocation on July 18, 2008, where the company was duly represented, the company failed to comply with said Suspension Order. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on October 16, 2008, the company's registration of Securities/Permit to Sell Securities is hereby REVOKED. HSCcTD The company is directed to return any or all payments made by purchasers of the company's securities within ten (10) days from the date of publication of this Order. Let a copy of this Order be published in a newspaper of general circulation and posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public. SO ORDERED.
