September 29, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 111-08 IN THE MATTER OF ISM COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION ORDER ON PAYMENT OF PENALTY The records on file with this Commission show that ISM COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION, failed to file its 2007 SEC Form 17-A within the period prescribed by SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (i). As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of One Hundred Nine Thousand Pesos (P109,000.00), which it paid on September 4, 2008 as shown by Official Receipt No. 0204827 September 4, 2008. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (i). Any further violation shall subject the company and/or its responsible officers to heavier penalties as may be provided for by law. SO ORDERED.
