June 18, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 110-07 IN THE MATTER OF UNITED DOCTORS SERVICE CORPORATION VIOLATION OF RULES 17 AND 20 OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION CODE ORDER United Doctors Service Corporation, having violated SRC Rules 17 and 20 for its failure to submit or for late filing of the following: Report For the periods ended 1. First Quarter Reports March 31, 2002, (SEC Forms 17-Q) 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006 2. Second Quarter Reports June 30, 2001, 2002, (SEC Forms 17-Q) 2003, 2004 and 2005 3. Third Quarter Reports September 30, 2001, (SEC Forms 17-Q) 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 4. Information Statements 2002, 2003, 2004, (SEC Forms 17-IS/20-IS) 2005 and 2006 5. Annual Reports December 31, 2002, (SEC Forms 17-A) 2003, 2004 and 2005 was penalized and required to pay a reduced fine of One Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Pesos (P165,380.00). Said penalty was paid by the company under Official Receipt Number 0065072 on June 4, 2007. SDHETI By this ORDER, the corporation is hereby warned that, henceforth, it shall endeavor to take such measures that will ensure faithful compliance with the requirements of the aforementioned Rules. A repetition of the said violations shall constrain the Commission to impose heavier penalties upon the corporation and/or its responsible officers. SO ORDERED.
