June 4, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 108-07 IN THE MATTER OF IPVG CORP. VIOLATION OF SECTION 54 OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION C OD E ORDER IPVG CORP., having violated Section 54 of the Securities Regulation Code for the late filing of its Certification on the Extent of Compliance with its Manual on Corporate Governance for the year 2006, was penalized and required to pay a total penalty of FORTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (P42,000.00). The company paid the aforementioned penalty on May 30, 2007 under Official Receipt Number 0063550. By this Order, the company is warned that, henceforth, it shall endeavor to take such measures as will ensure faithful compliance with the requirements of the said Rule. Otherwise, the Commission shall impose a heavier penalty upon the corporation and/or its responsible officers as warranted under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2005 (Consolidated Scales of Fines).
