June 4, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 107-07 IN THE MATTER OF ASIA AMALGAMATED HOLDINGS CORPORATION VIOLATION OF SRC RULE 17.1 (1) (A) (iii) ORDER Asia Amalgamated Holdings Corporation, having violated SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (iii) for the late filing of its Current Report (SEC Form 17-C) covering the postponement of its 2006 annual stockholders' meeting, was penalized and required to pay a total penalty of EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS (P89,800.00). The company paid the aforementioned penalty on April 13, 2007 under Official Receipt Number 0047947. By this Order, the company is warned that, henceforth, it shall endeavor to take such measures as will ensure faithful compliance with the requirements of the said Rule. Otherwise, the Commission shall impose a heavier penalty upon the corporation and/or its responsible officers as warranted under SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2005 (Consolidated Scales of Fines).
