ORDER OF SUSPENSION The records on file with this Commission show that EVER GOTESCO RESOURCES & HOLDINGS, INC. violated for the 4th time SRC Rule 20 (11) (a) (i) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Securities Regulation Code for its failure to hold its Annual Stockholders' Meeting in 2012. aSIETH Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on 16 May 2013, the company's Registration of Securities and Permit to Sell Securities are hereby SUSPENDED for a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of this Order.
