September 24, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 106-08 IN THE MATTER OF SPLASH CORPORATION ORDER ON PAYMENT OF PENALTY The records on file with this Commission show that Splash Corporation belatedly filed its 2008 2nd Quarter Report for the period ended June 30, 2008 (SEC Form 17-Q) in violation of SRC Rule 17.1 (A) (ii). As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of FIFTY THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS (P50,300.00) which it paid on September 24, 2008 as shown by Official Receipt No. 09242008-831908 dated September 24, 2008. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with Securities Regulation Code.
