June 6, 2007 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 103-07 IN THE MATTER OF CANYON WOODS RESORT CLUB, INC. VIOLATION OF SRC RULES ORDER Canyon Woods Resort Club, Inc. having violated Rule 17 of the Amended Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Securities Regulation Code, Order of the Commission dated May 17, 2006 regarding submission of the Audited Financial Statements and non-compliance with its representation in its Manual on Corporate Governance was penalized in the amount of EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P829,500.00) which it paid under Official Receipt No. 0063554 on May 30, 2007. By this ORDER, the company is warned that, henceforth, it shall take such measures as are necessary to submit the required reportorial requirements on time, otherwise, the Commission shall be constrained to imposed heavier penalties upon the corporation and/or its responsible officers.
