September 15, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 100-08 ORDER ON PAYMENT OF PENALTY The records on file with this Commission show that PRINCESS JOHN CREDIT & FINANCING CORPORATION paid late its 2004 and 2005 annual fees and late filing of its 2004 1st, 2nd and last quarter reports (FCQF) within the period prescribed by Sections 8 and 13 (b) of the Rules and Regulations to Implement the Provisions of R.A. 8556 (The Financing Company Act of 1998), respectively. As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of Eighty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Six Pesos and Twenty Five Centavos (P84,856.25) which it paid on May 21, 2008 as shown by Official Receipt No. 0168743. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with the said rule and law.
