September 1, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 095-08 IN THE MATTER OF SPLASH CORPORATION ORDER ON PAYMENT OF PENALTY The records on file with this Commission show that Splash Corporation belatedly filed its Current Reports (SEC Form 17-C) in violation of SRC Rule 17.1 (A) (iii). As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS (P123,400.00) which it paid on September 1, 2008 as shown by Official Receipt No. 09012008-479677 dated September 1, 2008. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with the Securities Regulation Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
