August 29, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 093-08 IN THE MATTER OF EXPORT AND INDUSTRY BANK O R D E R The records on file with this Commission show that EXPORT AND INDUSTRY BANK, failed to file its 2008 First Quarter Report (SEC Form 17-Q) within the period prescribed by SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (ii). As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of Seventy Five Thousand Five Hundred (P75,500.00) which it paid on August 29, 2008 as shown by Official Receipt No. 0203420 dated August 29, 2008. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (ii).
