August 26, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 089-08 IN THE MATTER OF A. VENUE RESORT & VACATION CLUB, INC. O R D E R The records on file with this Commission show that A. Venue Resort & Vacation Club, Inc. submitted certified true copies of the condominium certificates of title to ten (10) condominium units of A. Venue Residences in its name beyond the extension period granted by the Commission in its letter dated March 28, 2008. As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Pesos (P16,100.00) , which it paid under Official Receipt No. 0202048 dated August 20, 2008. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with the Securities Regulation Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Orders of the Commission. Any further violation shall subject the company and/or its responsible officers to heavier penalties as may be provided for by law. SO ORDERED. EDSA, Greenhills, Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
