REGISTRATION OF SECURITIES ORDER Upon consideration of the Registration Statement and other papers and documents attached thereto which were filed on behalf of ASIA UNITED BANK CORPORATION the Commission in its meeting of April 22, 2013 resolved to render effective the same for the registration of Three Hundred Twenty Eight Million (328,000,000) common shares , of which, Eighty Million (80,000,000) common shares with an over-allotment option of Eight Million (8,000,000) common shares shall be offered by way of an initial public offering at an offer price of Php95.00 per share in accordance with Section 12 of the Securities Regulation Code and its Amended Implementing Rules and Regulations. cACDaH Let a Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale be issued in favor of the subject company authorizing the sale of the aforementioned securities.
