May 25, 2009 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 083-09 IN RE: MARSTEEL CONSOLIDATED, INC. ORDER OF REVOCATION The records on file with this Commission show that in its Order dated July 15, 2008, the Commission suspended the registration of and Permit to Sell Securities of Marsteel Consolidated, Inc. for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the Order of Suspension, or until the company was able to submit the following reports and/or fully pay the corresponding penalties which shall be computed up to the date of actual submission: a. 2006 Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) b. 2007 1st Qtr Report (SEC Form 17-Q) c. 2007 2nd Qtr Report (SEC Form 17-Q) d. 2007 3rd Qtr Report (SEC Form 17-Q) e. 2007 SEC Form 20-IS/SEC Form 17-C To date, however, MARSTEEL CONSOLIDATED, INC. This revocation order, however, shall not exempt the company from complying with its reportorial obligations pursuant to Section 13 (5) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Securities Regulation Code or other pertinent laws.
