August 6, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 081-08 IN THE MATTER OF APARRI COUNTRYSIDE FINANCE CORP. FOR: REVOCATION OF THE CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY (CA) TO OPERATE AS A FINANCING COMPANY O R D E R Records on file with this Commission show that: 1. On 06 June 2007, APARRI COUNTRYSIDE FINANCE CORP. received the Order of the Commission suspending its Certificate of Authority (CA) to Operate as a Financing Company and was given sixty (60) days from receipt of the Order to submit the required reports and settle the assessed penalties; 2. The company failed to comply with the said Order; 3. In a hearing for the revocation of the Company's CA scheduled on 22 April 2008, no representative of the company appeared despite receipt of notice on 31 March 2008; Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on 15 May 2008, the company's Certificate of Authority to Operate as a Financing Company is hereby REVOKED. Let a copy of this Order be sent to the principal office address of APARRI COUNTRYSIDE FINANCE CORP. and posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public.
