May 25, 2009 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 080-09 IN THE MATTER OF GOTESCO LAND, INC. ORDER OF REVOCATION The records on file with this Commission show the company's failure to comply with the following directives contained in the Suspension Order dated 16 December 2006: 1. To file its 2007 Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A), 2008 1st and 2nd Quarter Reports (SEC Form 17-Q); and 2. To settle the corresponding penalty. 1 Records further show that it likewise failed to file its 2008 3rd Quarter Report (SEC Form 17-Q), its fifth violation of SRC Rule 17.1 (A) (ii). Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting of 20 May 2009, the company's Registration of Securities and Certificate of Permit to Sell Securities are hereby REVOKED. Accordingly, the company is prohibited from selling/offering for sale its securities to the public. This revocation order shall not exempt the company from complying with its reportorial obligations under the Securities Regulation Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations pursuant to SRC Rule 13 (5). Let a copy of this Order be sent to the Philippine Stock Exchange and posted in the Commission's official website for the information and guidance of the public. DHIETc SO ORDERED.
