July 28, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 070-08 IN RE: METRO ALLIANCE HOLDINGS AND EQUITIES CORPORATION ORDER OF SUSPENSION The records on file with this Commission show that METRO ALLIANCE HOLDINGS AND EQUITIES CORPORATION (METRO ALLIANCE) has violated SRC Rules 17.1 (1) (A) (i) and (ii) of the Securities Regulation Code for its failure to file its 2006 Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A), as well as its 1st, 2nd and 3rd Quarter Reports for 2007 (SEC Form 17-Q). In spite of due notice and hearing, the company failed to submit said reports in accordance with the requirements of said Rule. Pursuant to the resolution of the Commission in its meeting on July 17, 2008, the company's Registration of Securities is hereby SUSPENDED for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of this Order, or until the company is able to submit the following reports and fully pay the corresponding penalties which shall be computed up to the date of actual submission: THcEaS a. 2006 Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A) b. 2007 1st Qtr. Report (SEC Form 17-Q) c. 2007 2nd Qtr. Report (SEC Form 17-Q) d. 2007 3rd Qtr. Report (SEC Form 17-Q) Should the company fail to submit its 2006 Annual Report (SEC Form 17-A), as well as its 1st, 2nd and 3rd Quarter Reports for 2007 (SEC Form 17-Q), the Commission shall immediately initiate proceedings for the revocation of its Registration of Securities.
