July 25, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 069-08 IN THE MATTER OF PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK O R D E R The records on file with this Commission show that PHILIPPINE NATIONAL BANK, failed to file its Current Report (SEC Form 17-C) relative to the appointment of Mr. Virgilio A. Caluag as its Compliance Officer within the period prescribed by SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (iii). As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (P30,400.00) which it paid on April 30, 2008 as shown by Official Receipt No. 0162267 dated April 30, 2008. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with SRC Rule 17.1 (1) (A) (iii).
