July 17, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 068-08 ORDER ON PAYMENT OF PENALTY The records on file with this Commission show that PRESIDENT JOSE P. LAUREL LEASING & FINANCE, INC., filed late its 2008 General Information Sheet, failed to file its 2006 General Information Sheet and filed late its 2008 certification of the Compliance Officer within the period prescribed by Sec. 141 of the Corporation Code of the Philippines and SEC Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2005, respectively. As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of Twenty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P27,500.00) which it paid as shown by Official Receipt No. 0178623 dated June 27, 2008. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with the said law and circular. Any further violation shall subject the company and/or its responsible officers to heavier penalties as may be provided for by the law and circular. AaCTID SO ORDERED.
