July 17, 2008 SEC-CFD ORDER NO. 067-08 IN THE MATTER OF FOG HORN, INC. O R D E R The records on file with this Commission show that Fog Horn, Inc., filed its Affiliation Contract with Resort Condominium International (RCI) beyond the period prescribed by the Commission in its November 16, 2007 Order of Registration. As a result, the company was ordered to pay a fine of Twenty One Thousand One Hundred Pesos (P21,100.00), which it paid under Official Receipt No. 0186799 dated July 15, 2008. The company is admonished to take all appropriate measures to ensure its faithful and timely compliance with the Securities Regulation Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations and Orders of the Commission.
