VIOLATION OF RULE 17 OF THE SECURITIES REGULATION CODE ORDER ON PAYMENT OF PENALTY The records on file with this Commission show that Mt. Matutum Medical Center, Inc., failed to file its 2006 2nd Quarter Report (SEC Form 17-Q) within the prescribed period.
